HR MANAGER (PR/093772)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing HR advice to various managers. 
• Advising on HR matters from a management perspective, including accounting and general affairs. 
• Developing HR strategies and tactical plans. 
• Reporting factual information to the Japanese management team through Shiro. 
• Operating the performance evaluation system (design not required, but improving current operations is necessary). 
• Negotiating with business partners without resorting to bribes. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must: 

• Ability to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N1). 
• At least 2 years of HR experience (not limited to labor duties; experience with management-level HR tasks). 
• At least 1 year of management experience (manager level or above) in a similar or related industry. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince management teams, utilizing logical thinking. 

Better: 

• Experience in HR strategy or system design. 
• Ability to consider human resources from a management perspective (thinking about individual contributions for the benefit of the entire organization). 
• Ability to align HR strategy with company goals or strategies. 
• Experience in the IT industry.

• Salary range: 40,000,000 VND to 70,000,000 VND based on qualifications and experience. 
• Working time: 8 hours per day, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 24 days per month.
