IT Consulting Manager (PR/093785)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a Delivery member of IT consulting services for Japanese companies in Vietnam and Vietnam companies.
• By gaining skills in business reform, IT implementation planning, and Digital Transformation you will have more options in the future to work as a senior consultant, or to work as a Business/IT Architect in IT department or a Data Scientist of a business company
• Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.).
• Analyze and interpret facts to identify weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
• Understand critical issues of the client’s operations and its IT systems, and create a counterproposal for the client to improve its management and operation.
• Deliver and Work as a project member and create key deliverables (e.g.
• Assessment documents, Business Process Flow, Business Requirement Definition, Fit & Gap analysis with a certain application function).
• Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT solution.
• Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Vietnamese and English.
• Work closely with project managers to deliver appropriate consulting services for our clients.
• Support presales and creating a proposal for consulting projects.
• Support managers for recruiting new employees, finding alliance partners in Vietnam, and reporting to the Headquarter.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST: 

• 3 to 5 years of consulting experience working for a consulting firm or similar work experience in private company
• Have any experience or skills in any of the following IT consulting services :
  o IT Grand design for core system replacement of Finance and manufacturing dept.
  o IT assessment and diagnosis of legacy core system, and create RFP of core system replacement.
  o PMO (Project Management Office) support for each IT project
  o Digital Transformation (e.g. Smart Factory, Digital Marketing, Social Listening)
  o Data Management (MDM, DMP, CDP)
  o IT planning, IT investment process planning and execution support
  o Support strategy for planning migration to infrastructure, Data Center, and cloud
  o Robotic Process Automation
• Experience in designing business processes and system requirements.
• Experience in project management of a consulting project or PMO experience.
• High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership).
• High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.
• Language skills: English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).
• Strong motivation to build up a career in the business consulting field.
• Outstanding communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with other stakeholders.
• Work experience in one or more consulting projects as a project manager or a project member.
• Skills to build key consulting deliverables (Assessment/Business Process Design/Business Requirement).
• Self-motivated to become a leading consultant in the market and an ability to work and motivate others to start-up business consulting practice.

PREFER:

• Experience in SCM/SCP related IT solution implementation (SAP SD/MM, other ERP, SAP APO, JDA, etc.).
• Experience in sales management IT solution implementation (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, ZOHO CRM, Sugar CRM, etc.).
• Experience in logistics IT solution implementation (Infor WMS, Manhattan, SAP WM, etc.).
