Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Oversee financial reports for management, board members, and external stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Act as the primary financial advisor to department directors
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to track KPIs
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
• 5-7 years of experience in financial management within the hospitality industry is ideal
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Possess a valid CPA or CMA qualification preferred
