  • 語学：日本語N1、ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベルのバイリンガル。

  • Installing, configuring, and administering VMware ESX/ESXi 5.1 to 5.5 and 5.5 to 6.5.
  • Working experience on install patches through Update Manager and troubleshooting Knowledge
  • Working experience on VCenter Site Recovery Manager with array based replication and vSphere Replication.
  • VRealize operations manager and Cluster Experience.
  • VRealize Login sight with Cluster experience.
  • Hypervisor and vCenter troubleshooting knowledge with Log analysis experience
  • Experience in P2V & V2V conversions by using VMware Converter & Platespin.
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting on Windows 2003, 2008, 2012 and 2016.
  • Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Windows failover cluster
  • MS cluster management, fixing production outages and Disaster management
  • HP, Dell, IBM server hardware management and Troubleshooting Knowledge
  • Configuration and Troubleshooting knowledge on HP C7000 Enclosures
  • Knowledge of Windows Patch Management and Troubleshooting.
  • Windows VM server commissioning and Decommissioning
  • Windows Physical Server commissioning and Decommissioning
  • Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of File and Print servers
  • Handling critical P1, P2 within SLA and handling the problem records
  • Native Japanese or JLPT 1st/2nd level along with basic English speaking & Writing ability.
