【Talent Acquisition Specialist】International Company

We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of our space tech clients.

You would take on HR and TA responsibilities and become a key figure in hiring both technical and business-side talent for a rapidly expanding IT business, and work in a close-knit and international team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads on hiring strategy
• Source, screen and interview potential personnel
• Plan the department's mid-term hiring strategy

• Overall 3+ years in talent acquisition and/or recruiting
• Experience recruiting and scouting engineers and technical specialists
• Experience hiring international members
