Technical Manager of overseas passenger car
■業務内容
・ 技術サポート：顧客相談、現場技術指導、故障分析、トラブルシューティングなど、BMS製品の技術サポートを担当する。
・問題のフォローアップ：現場での問題のプロセスと結果をフォローアップする。
・顧客との関係：顧客と良好な関係を保つ。
・BMSシステム設計：顧客とBMS部門と協力し、乗用車のBMSシステムの方式設計と応用ソフトウェア開発を完成する。
・顧客需要の識別：海外のエネルギー貯蔵プロジェクトの販売前技術サポートを担当し、エネルギー貯蔵システムの応用シナリオと技術要求を定義する。

・Technical Support: responsible for technical support of BMS products including customer consultation on site technical guidance fault analysis and troubleshooting etc.
・Follow up of Issues: follow up the process and results of on site issues.
・Customer Relations: keep good relationship with customer.
・BMS System Design: cooperate with customers and BMS department to complete the scheme design and application software development of BMS system for passenger car.
・Customer Demand Identification: responsible for pre sales technical support for overseas energy storage projects defining the application scenarios and technical requirements of the energy storage system.

スキル・資格
・新エネルギー/電気工学/オートメーションまたはその他関連専攻の学士。 ・電池管理システムの制御戦略に精通し、BMSソフトウェアおよびハードウェアの開発またはテスト経験があることが望ましい。 ・ZLG/CANanalyzr/CANoe/CANape等のテスト・データ解析ツールに精通していること。 ・高いコミュニケーション能力と調整能力を有し、複雑な問題を解決する能力を有する。 ・短期・中期の出張を受け入れ、適応できる方。 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ ・Bachelor background on New Energy / Electrical Engineering / Automation or other related majors. ・Familiar with the control strategy of battery management system with BMS software and hardware development or testing experience is preferred. ・Familiar with ZLG/CANanalyzr/CANoe/CANape and other testing and data analysis tools. ・Have strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to solve complex problems. ・Accept and adapt to short and medium term business trips.勤務地
