Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level network support and troubleshooting for a wide range of network devices and technologies.
• Analyze network performance metrics, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain network stability and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage network infrastructure projects.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain consistent practices.
• Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering open collaboration and problem-solving.
• Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external clients, addressing their network-related concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications (MUST):

• CCNP or above CISCO Certification
• Over five years of hands-on experience in network engineering, encompassing a diverse range of network devices and technologies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex network data and devise effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with a proven track record of providing prompt and professional support to clients.

Additional Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in network support or deployment.
• In-depth knowledge of at least two of the following technical areas: security, network switching, routing, wireless networking.
• Familiarity with network management tools and protocols.
