Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow bids for new opportunities
• Oversee financial and contractual performance of projects
• Maintain strong relationships with customers during trials
• Perform financial analysis and reporting tasks
• Oversee client proposal
• Develop change documents for trials
• Customise pricing based on client needs
• Develop study metrics
• Potentially supervise analysts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, finance, accounting, or medicine, and health and life sciences
• More than 5 years of experience in performing clinical research or contract management or pricing
• Understanding of financial and accounting procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
