Product Owner

部門およびグループの戦略に基づいて、チームの戦略立案や開発・保守等に責任を持つこと。

他のチームを巻き込んだプロジェクトおよび保守開発、本番サポートを含めたチーム運営を部門長とともに推進すること。

IT Product Ownerとして、チームおよび部門内外のステークホルダーと関係を構築し、部門の戦略および目標を達成するために諸課題に積極的に取り組み、分析を行い、論理的な解決策を導き、その実現に向けて強いリーダシップを発揮すること。

Taking responsibility about making resource plan, system development and maintenance meet with group and department strategy.

Lead system development, production support and team management with all stakeholders.

Proactive communication and building good relationship with including department outside of IT as IT product Owner.

DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

■　チームの全管理責任を負う

■　業務分掌の定義に基づいて業務の遂行およびメンバの管理を行う（添付の業務分掌参照）

■　部の戦略に基づいて、Application Portfolio全体を意識し、具体的手段の立案と実行を行い、部門戦略の達成に貢献する

■　担当のApplication Porxtfolioの既存のテクノロジーやプロセスに囚われることなく、常にベストプラクティスを模索し、実行する

■　Taking responsibility for team management and perform all activities based on segregation of duties.

■　Contribute to achievement department goals with make plan and perform meet with department strategy.

■　Explore best practice constantly without being tied down to existing technology and process.

Business Knowledge

■　Region、APAC Data Center、海外SW会社と会話できるだけのビジネスレベルの英語能力

■　ユーザ部門と会話ができるレベルの日本語能力

■　3年以上のチーム及びプロジェクトマネジメント経験

■　Business level of English (Communicate with APAC Data Center, offshore vendor)

■　Fluent level of Japanese (Communicate with native Japanese speaker, understand business requirement description in Japanese)

■　Japanese insurance business knowledge

■　3+ years of experience of managing or leading team and project

Technical Experience / Competencies

■　５年以上の銀行、保険などの金融領域のシステム設計・開発・運用等の実業務経験

■　一定の技術レベルにあると認められるITに関する諸資格の保持

■　保険業務または金融システムに関するオペレーション、もしくはその業務分析・設計の経験

■　Webアプリケーションにおける深い知識とスキル（サーバ、OS、ミドルウェア、ソフトウエア、データベース、プログラミング言語　等）

■　5+ years of hands-on experience of system development in Finance area(Bank, Insurance etc)

■　Deep knowledge and skill of Web application (Server, OS, MW, SW, DB, programming)

■　Middle level of IT qualifications (Technology, Project Management, ITEE etc)
