【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

■Project management
・Planning of new service development and modification of existing services
・Requirement definition/specification formulation
・Project composition and progress management
・Promotion of release plans, support operations, etc.
・Various other activities related to business promotion

■Required
・Experience as a team leader or project manager in web service development (5+ years) **Excluding package implementation
・Communication skills to coordinate smoothly with management, business-side members, and engineering-side members
・Documentation skills for reporting materials to management, defining requirements and specifications, etc.
・Excellent project management skills to ensure quality, cost and delivery

■Preferred
・Certifications in project management (PMP, project manager, etc.)
・Experience in product development and project management in WF development or agile development model
・Experience in project management in a financial institution or fintech company or in the crypto asset industry
・Business level English (as you will be working with employees from overseas and overseas offices)
・Business level Japanese (as some projects require understanding of Japanese laws and regulations)
