【Job Description】 

Focusing on large-scale projects from major clients, the company handles everything from upstream processes such as requirement definition and basic design to development, testing, and operation and maintenance work, earning a high reputation and continuing to grow steadily.

■Project Examples
Development of package products for customers, including web-based and business systems, and package implementation projects
-Development and implementation of POS systems
-Development and implementation of accounting, personnel and payroll systems
-Reservation management system development, etc.

■Overview
As a bridge SE for the company that conducts offshore development based in Japan x China (Shenyang), you will decide on specifications with the customer and collaborate with the offshore team on the content decided upon. You will be responsible for progress management, specification explanation, system quality check and team management.

Example of flow: Understand the client's specifications and share them with the offshore side (communicate via web conference, etc., explain the specifications received from the client, including QA exchange), and then the offshore side is entrusted with design through to integration testing based on the shared information and delivers the product.

■Responsibilities
・Requirement definition (meeting with customer)
・Communication of specifications, review of offshore deliverables such as design documents, QA exchange, and some implementation
・Offshore process management: progress management, quality control, issue management
・Progress report

【MUST】
・Experienced in web programming
・Chinese daily conversation level or above
