You will be in charge of the entire full-cycle recruitment activities for Japan. As a Senior TA for Japan you will be able to design the way you work.

• Lead recruitment activities in Japan
• Working closely with hiring managers for recruitment activities from planning to on-boarding
• Creating a strong candidate pipeline for the company's short to long term plans
• Providing guidance and advice to leaders based on the current market (locally and overseas)
• Internal and external stakeholder management

• At least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience in various roles and levels (experience in software is an advantage) in Japan
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English OR Mandarin Chinese
• Can do attitude - and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to say NO and provide advice when needed
