Description

Some key responsibilities of this position include:

• Compile and analyze account information to prepare entries for Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), Fixed Assets (F/A), and General Ledger (GL).
• Clarify accounting procedures, policies, and regulations by responding to inquiries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal use, tax filings, or audits by analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
• Substantiate financial transactions by reviewing and verifying supporting documentation.
• Verify supporting documentation to prepare payments accurately.

Requirements for this position include:

• Fluent Japanese, Business English
• Accumulate over 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably including multinational company experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of applicable accounting principles, laws, and regulations in Japan; familiarity with IFRS is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP software is highly desirable.
• Have a good understanding of relevant accounting regulations and legislation's.
