• エンベデッドバイリンガルエンジニア。
• 組込みC言語プログラミング
• ベアメタルおよびRTOSベースのプログラミングの理解
• モータードライバ、LEDドライバ製品の経験
• CAN、GPIO、PWMに関する知識と経験
• ハードウェア回路図の読解
• ICのデータシートを読み、理解できる。
• 英語と日本語が母国語であること（N2資格取得者優遇）
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と調整能力 - クライアントチーム、エンドカスタマー、社内関係者を含む様々なステークホルダーとの交流（口頭および電子メール）。
• 合意されたスケジュール内での納品実績

望ましい資格

• 顧客先での日本での実務経験。
• CAN、LIN、Autosar、機能安全、サイバーセキュリティ、ECU開発、ADASなどの自動車開発に携わった経験。
• 日本での就労許可/技術者ビザ

日本語能力 日本語ビジネスレベル（日本語能力試験N2）、ビジネスレベルの英語力 

• Embedded Bi-lingual engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience having.
• Embedded C programming
• Understanding of bare-metal and RTOS based programming.
• Experience with Motor Driver and LED Driver products
• Knowledge and experience working on CAN, GPIO, PWM
• Able to read and understand hardware circuit diagrams
• Able to read and understand IC data sheets.
• Native language fluency in English and Japanese (Preferred Level 2 certification – N2)
• Excellent communication and co-ordination skills – interaction (verbal and over email) with various stakeholders including client team, end customers and internal stakeholders.
• Track record of delivery within the agreed schedule

Preferred Qualification:

• Onsite Japan work experience at customer premises.
• Exposure to Automotive development – CAN, LIN, Autosar, Functional safety, Cyber Security, ECU development, ADAS etc
• Work permit / Engineer Visa to work in Japan

Japanese Language: Japanese Business Level (JLPT N2), Business level english
