• Experience in administration or customer service.

• Preferred experience in healthcare or medical device industry (not required).

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Highly motivated with a strong team-oriented approach.

• Excellent communication skills.
