Asst Manager | Microservice Developer (Development Lead)

Role Summary:

1. Lead team of Development engineers
2. Be part of discussion with Techno-Functional Team
3. Work with Teams to design HLD & LLD
4. Communicate requirement to technical teams
5. Conduct meeting with different team members, identify risk and mitigate technical challenges.
6. Design component, POC to innovate and to bring continuous improvement

Job Descriptions:

1. Engage with Transformation and Techno Functional team to support Solution & Design
2. Lead and Guide Development Team to delivery business digital initiatives
3. Hands on experience in development
4. Experience in Microservice development and Microservice framework
5. Experience in Java, Spring boot, AKS, Cloud Services
6. Good hands-on experience of NO-SQL DB and Relational DB
7. Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance.

Required Experiences (must have):

1. At least 6 Years of experience in Handon Development
2. Minimal 3 Years of experience in Leading Development Team
3. In Depth Knowledge & understanding of Technology at Implementation Level
4. Must have experience of working and communicating with various team members
5. Should have ability to assess situation and apply analytics to initiate “WHY” analysis
