An international infrastructure company is looking for an SCM Manager. The qualified applicant will implement and develop the centralised supply chain operations center for identified customer centers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the SCOC operations in identified customer centers
- Support customer centers with logistics principles, policies, and processes
- Ensure import or export operations comply with regulations
- Identify and address compliance risks
- Collaborate with regional peers for improvement
- Establish communication forums with stakeholders
- Keep the team informed internally and externally
- Contribute to evaluating and executing the new supply chain strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- More than 5 years of supply chain experience
- Knowledge of ERP system landscape
- Familiarity with supply chain processes
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in Japanese and English
