主な目的: 主に海外からの入荷部品を倉庫で測定し、検査シートを作成し、不良部品を処理し、在庫と梱包を整理します。営業チーム、CSチームと連携しながら顧客満足度の向上に努める。

主な関係: 「ナガタカーボン」の外部倉庫と連携し、CSチームが作成したスケジュールリストとして部品を出荷します。 決算在庫伝票で毎月在庫を確認します。 欠陥部品を見つけたら、営業およびCSチームと連絡を取ります。 グループ間の会社との連絡により、グループの製品や材料を時間通りに納品します。 グループ外の国内および海外企業との連絡により、製品や材料を時間通りに納品します。 グループのEHSチームと連絡を取り、連絡を取ります。

主なタスク: 在庫レベルを定期的に監視することで、過剰在庫を減らすことができます。 納期を短縮するには、できるだけ早く入荷部品を確認してください。 在庫切れをゼロにする。 実際のチェックにより、顧客のクレームを減らします。 グループ ポリシーに準拠します。 権限の声明の範囲内で作業します。 毎週の営業会議に出席し、在庫と不良品を通知します。 EHSプロジェクトをサポートします。 四半期ごとに安全に関するトピックをチームに提供します。

Primary Objective:
Working in a warehouse and measure the receiving parts from overseas mainly, make the inspection sheet, dealing with defective parts, organize the inventory and packing. Strive to improve customer satisfaction while cooperating with sales team and CS team.

Key Relationships:

• Working with external warehouse with “Nagata Carbon” to ship the parts as schedule list which made by CS team.
• Check the inventory each month with the closing inventory documents.
• Communicate with Sales and CS team when find the defective parts.
• Liaison with inter-group companies to ensure on time delivery of group product and materials.
• Liaison with non group domestic and overseas companies to ensure on time delivery of product and materials.
• Communicate and liaise with the group EHS team.

Primary Tasks:

• Regularly monitoring stock levels, can reduce the over inventory.
• To shorten the delivery date, check the receiving parts ASAP.
• Achieve zero stock outs.
• Reduce customer's claim by actual checking.
• Comply with group policies.
• Work within the Statement of Authority.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and inform the stock and defective related.
• Support the EHS projects.
• Deliver quarterly safety topics to the team.
