【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

Product management for the development of a wide range of platform products, including Internet research and marketing support, to solve the company's clients' problems and help them make better decisions.
You will create mid- to long-term strategies, and in order to realize these strategies, you will create annual plans, define requirements, design specifications, and build up the products.
You will discover customer and business challenges and opportunities, and work with engineers, vendors, and business units to create services and platforms that address these in an agile manner.

【Responsibilities】
Perform product management to revamp the platform that supports the company's operations
Collaborate with business units, engineers, and vendors to define requirements, create designs and specifications, design user journeys, and manage development and release of technically challenging products and microservices
Understand and manage the business environment, business needs, internal operations, and technical issues and priorities
Communicate with stakeholders to build trust, explain technical details in an easy-to-understand manner, and maintain accountability

【Required】
7+ years of experience in product management of Internet, Smartphone, SaaS products and services or similar knowledge and experience
3+ years of experience designing and developing business logic, data models, and APIs
Leadership and communication skills to engage others
Strong passion for building and growing products
4-year degree in information technology or equivalent knowledge and understanding

【Preferred】
Knowledge of DevOps, Microservices, Infrastructure, ML
Experience in product development using Agile methodologies
Understanding and application of statistics
Basic knowledge of digital advertising/digital marketing (cookies, device identifiers, Google ads, Twitter ads, Facebook ads, etc.)
Experience in planning and managing the execution of mid-size or larger projects
Ability to compile documents that stand up to review (Japanese is a must, English is welcome)
