【JOB DESCRIPTION】

■Recruitment Background
In recent years, the range of projects that have been commissioned to the company has expanded from product and service design to strategy and organizational design, and they have been receiving an increasing number of inquiries from companies and industries that have not actively adopted design in the past. They are not limiting their work to digital design, but are expanding their scope to include service design and CX design.

The company's UI designers are responsible for outputting what users see in a consistent manner from the strategy phase to the surface, but client issues are changing on a daily basis, and it is not possible to provide essential value simply by proceeding with a project using existing processes.

In order to "prove the power of design," it is necessary to continue to work on solving problems by expanding the field of design without being bound by existing means. Against the backdrop of such business expansion, the company is looking for an individual who can play an active role as a UI designer.

■Your Role
You will work side-by-side as a design partner with a wide range of clients, from major Japanese companies to start-ups, to provide value to clients and users through a deep understanding of the project and design outputs.

■Responsibilities
Study and conceptualize solutions to solve customer and user issues
Promotion of UI design and web design areas in projects
Design with attention to detail
Tools used/development environment
As a key player in the UI design area of a project, you will be involved from the strategy and requirements definition phase, and may be asked to direct other designers.

Experience in completing challenging cross-functional projects with skills and knowledge in the following areas

Design with user experience in mind
Structural and framework design of either native applications or web applications
UI design work using Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.
Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
Creation of plans and proposals to clients (or internal managers in the case of in-house services)

Verbalization of interface design philosophy
Formulation of design tone and manner
Interest in and knowledge of engineering to the extent that communication is possible
Interest in and working experience with OOUI
Interest and working experience in interaction design
