Based on the premise of developing and providing services necessary for consumers, engineers join with sales and marketing staff to design services, and conducts all in-house production, including the development of web applications, smartphone applications, LINE mini-applications, desktop applications, etc., as well as authentication infrastructure and library development across services, infrastructure construction, and maintenance and operation.

■"Media DX Domain": Realization of "AaaS," a next-generation model for the advertising media business
The Group is promoting innovation in the advertising domain under its "Advertising as a Service (AaaS)," a next-generation model for the advertising media business, as the DX of the advertising industry.
The Group aims to "transform advertising into a service" by moving away from the traditional business of selling "ad spaces" to a business that sells "effectiveness," the contribution to the advertiser's business, through the use of data, systems, algorithms, and human resources.

■"Information Systems Area" to promote the renewal of the Group's IT infrastructure and core systems
Responsible for the provision and maintenance of the IT environment, including the company group's business support, accounting, and other core systems, PCs used in business operations, smartphones, networks, and various communication tools, as well as the promotion of group IT governance, including information security measures. They are currently working with a sense of speed on the reforms that will support the growth of the group.

【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

■Organizational Mission
The Group Information System Center is positioned as the information system division of the advertising and media operating companies that form the core of the Hakuhodo DY Group. Responding to changes and needs in the internal and external IT environment, the Center is currently promoting renewal to the Group's common infrastructure and next-generation core system, IT environment renewal, and enhancement of Group IT security.

■Team Mission
The mission of the IT Security Team is to strengthen the IT security of the entire Hakuhodo DY Group and to establish and control an advanced governance structure.

■Business Issues
In addition to the common IT infrastructure of the group, each group company has its own IT environment that is implemented and operated independently, and each environment is different from the others. Therefore, the project manager is required to communicate with the IT staff of each company in the group.

■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following IT security tasks for the Hakuhodo DY Group's common IT infrastructure and mission-critical systems, as well as the IT environments of group companies in Japan and overseas.

1. Project management of IT security tools and solutions, including implementation and operational design
2. Design and production of IT security management processes
3. Establishment and maintenance of IT security policies and guidelines
4. Security risk review and improvement advice for system infrastructure construction and application development
5. Incident handling
6. IT security education for employees

■Organization to be assigned to
You will be assigned to work at the Group Information System Centers (Toyosu, Akasaka, and Ebisu).

■Anticipated career path after 3-5 years
1. You will be engaged as a project leader/manager as an IT security professional.
2. You can choose a career path from both specialist/management positions depending on your experience and ambitions.

【Required】

・3+ years of experience in IT security related work
・Strong interest in security field
・Experience in project management


・Knowledge of IT infrastructure (PCs, servers, networks, etc.), application development, and other IT security areas
・Knowledge and skills in implementation and operation of security tools and solutions
・Communication, coordination and presentation skills

【Preferred】

・Experience in setting up a CSIRT system and being involved as a member
・Experience in security incident response and management
・Experience in strengthening IT security governance


・Security-related certifications (Information Technology Safety Support Specialist, CISSP or equivalent)
・English language skills that can be used on the job
