■"Marketing DX area" to create new value in the consumer interface market

Based on the premise of developing and providing services necessary for consumers, engineers join with sales and marketing staff to design services, and conducts all in-house production, including the development of web applications, smartphone applications, LINE mini-applications, desktop applications, etc., as well as authentication infrastructure and library development across services, infrastructure construction, and maintenance and operation.

■"Media DX Domain": Realization of "AaaS," a next-generation model for the advertising media business
The Group is promoting innovation in the advertising domain under its "Advertising as a Service (AaaS)," a next-generation model for the advertising media business, as the DX of the advertising industry.
The Group aims to "transform advertising into a service" by moving away from the traditional business of selling "ad spaces" to a business that sells "effectiveness," the contribution to the advertiser's business, through the use of data, systems, algorithms, and human resources.

■"Information Systems Area" to promote the renewal of the Group's IT infrastructure and core systems
Responsible for the provision and maintenance of the IT environment, including the company group's business support, accounting, and other core systems, PCs used in business operations, smartphones, networks, and various communication tools, as well as the promotion of group IT governance, including information security measures. They are currently working with a sense of speed on the reforms that will support the growth of the group.

【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

The company's group is working to build a new value-creating SaaS platform, "XT.H®," that combines the group's proprietary "technology" with various "industry domains" such as mobility, healthcare, local government, retail, and HR.

You will be responsible for the development of this SaaS platform as well as the back-end area of system development for the company's services. The services they are currently working on range from those in the planning stage, to those undergoing feasibility evaluations through PoC involving local governments and client companies, to those that have been launched and are being offered to consumers.

In the back-end area, they are also responsible for the platform's core infrastructure, such as the authentication infrastructure common to all services and the linkage with external services such as SNS and payment settlement. Therefore, in this position, you will be required to design with particular emphasis on versatility and scalability, to look at the company's SaaS platform "XT.H®" as a whole rather than just the application itself, to consider overall optimization, and to have the ability to make decisions based on needs.

Specifically, as an in-house development engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks
・Cooperate with development members and other related internal and external parties to promote projects as a team.
・Investigate and verify architecture and technologies in the upstream process.
・Selection of languages, development environments, tools, and other technologies to suit the service and project
・Design and development of back-end systems (requirement definition, design, implementation, verification, maintenance and operation), including external system and service integration, API development, batch processing, and data integration
・Research and verification of external services, including collaboration and partnerships
・Identification of issues, proposals, and improvement initiatives for stable operation and growth of services
・Proposals for functional expansion and improvement with an awareness of efficiency and generalization

【Required】
・5+ years of practical development experience in at least two open source languages, including Java
・5+ years of experience in RDB design and development, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
・Practical experience in back-end system development for services for toC

・Experience in developing functions that integrate with external services such as payment, authentication, SNS, etc.
