Description

Job Description:

• Project Management: Collaborate with local business teams in Japan to gather requirements for ongoing projects and operations. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of IT projects.
• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and project timelines to deliver high-quality IT services that meet the business's expectations.Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
• Communication and Coordination: Participate in meetings with regional and global teams to provide updates on Japan's business needs and challenges. Facilitate a smooth flow of information between local and international stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide your team, providing support and guidance on their daily tasks. Align their work with business objectives and ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
• Ensure Network Performance: Monitor network performance, proactively identifying and addressing any issues. Ensure the network operates efficiently and meets the performance standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage in cross-functional discussions with other team managers to coordinate and align network operations across the Japan and Korea markets.
• Industry Trends and Optimization: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT infrastructure. Explore opportunities for optimization and enhancement to keep our systems cutting-edge.
• Budget Management: Assist in annual budgeting and track IT-related spending against the budget. Ensure financial discipline and optimize spending to support business goals.

MUST

* Experience with Network technologies, preferably in retail but not a must.
* Knowledge and experience in overall IT infrastructure.
* Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
* Strong team management skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve desired outcomes.

*Project management and/or vendor management experience

DESIRED
* Familiarity with Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Fortinet, and Cisco WLC technologies.

* CCNP & ITIL certification are preferred
