Description

• Conduct root cause analysis and provide support for recovery operations.
• Manage and maintain appropriate levels of laptop PC stocks and mobile phones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Provide networking support and troubleshoot network issues.
• Offer user support by resolving technical issues and providing training.
• Manage IT budget and assets effectively.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills for translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
• Experience in networking technologies and Windows user support.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is advantageous.
