- システム構築、IT業務などのインフラ分野での経験： 5年以上
- PC、サーバー、メインフレーム等のインフラ分野であれば種類は問いません。
- プロジェクトリーダーとしての実務経験3年以上
- また、PM、エンジニア、運用、インフラ開発者など、プロジェクト参加時のポジションは問いません。
- リーダーまたはサブリーダーとしてチーム・プロジェクトを率いた経験 1年以上
- 日本語スキル ネイティブレベル（十分な口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション能力、関係者との調整能力）
- 英語スキル 読み書きレベル
Qualifications:
- Experience in the infrastructure field of system construction and IT work: 5 years or more
- The type does not matter as long as it is in the infrastructure field, such as PCs, servers, mainframes, etc.
- Over 3 years of experience working as a project lead.
- Experience working on a project as the main person in charge, rather than part-time or support.Also, it doesn't matter what position you were in when participating in the project, such as PM, engineer, operations, infrastructure developer, etc.
- Experience leading a team/project as a leader or sub-leader: 1 year or more
