Project Manager Wanted to lead project teams w/PM leader

Key Responsibilities

• Responsibility for accomplishing the project objectives
• Understand the customer needs; align expectations & develop a partnership
• Defining workflow process and matrix responsibilities within customer/ end customer.
• Defining a project plan, task assignments, project timetable, and deliverables
• Managing customer's needs & priorities
• Managing & controlling project operating expenses including logistics aspects

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in managing large-scale projects
• Both Technical-orientation and marketing orientation
• Excellent communication and matrix management skills
• Team player, with excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Experience in working with high-level management
• Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment
• Experience in working with Technology sector customers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Commercial, MBA is an advantage
• Project experience in IP and Optical networking - advantage
• Experience with multiple disciplinary projects – advantage
• PMP or similar certification – advantage
• Fluent English  and Japanese ( N1/N2).

Additional Requirements

• MS Office MS project proficient, Salesforce, and Smartsheet experience is a plus
• Around 12-15 years experienced professional. We’ll start with 3 months initially and will extend to 12 months depending on performance/requirement.
• Customer is a big Japanese customer & we need a seasoned person and the candidate should be immediately available.
