The Role

• We are looking for a technical engineering manager for our pivotal engineering teams, adept at managing high-paced requirements.
• We require a hands-on leader capable of overseeing a team of 8-9 members, facilitating daily stand-ups, and serving as a vital liaison between the engineering management and product teams.

Your Skills

• Technical Proficiency: For this team, we are specifically seeking candidates with a background in software engineering.
• The role demands a deep understanding of the technical understanding that our engineers encounter daily, enabling the manager to offer support and guidance where necessary.
• Adaptability: Our company is experiencing rapid growth, necessitating the ability to navigate constant change with professionalism.
• The ideal candidate will excel in conflict management, reorganization, and exhibit adaptability as our organization evolves.(Previous experience in scaling-up phases would be a big plus for this)
• We require an EM who can strike a harmonious balance between meeting business objectives and safeguarding the well-being of their team.
• An individual who can adeptly navigate compromises to address business needs while identifying solutions that prioritize the team's needs.
