Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a range of critical functions in our solar photovoltaic (PV) projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic and meticulous approach to managing complex EPC projects, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Project Specification and Permit Review:

• Diligently review project specifications, focusing particularly on construction-related technical requirements.
• Ensure all necessary permits are accurate and complete, and request clarifications when required.

Contract and RFP Management:

• Review and negotiate EPC contracts and subcontract conditions.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and other third parties, upholding the company's interests and ensuring adherence to contractual terms.

Budget and Schedule Oversight:

• Manage the construction budget, monitoring its execution to avoid overruns.
• Develop a comprehensive construction master schedule, ensuring timely completion of project phases.
• Integrate permitting schedules with Civil/Mechanical/Electrical work schedules and other contractual obligations, maintaining a cohesive project timeline.
• Monitor project budget and schedule in line with agreements, ensuring all facets of the project are progressing as planned.

Financial Forecasting and Cash Flow Management:

• Proactively plan and forecast to ensure positive cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a milestone payment plan, keeping track of site progress, and payments, and ensuring timely invoicing.

Team Leadership and Operations Management:

• Led a multidisciplinary team, including site managers, in-house construction, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Implement and optimize working processes, manage day-to-day operations, and enforce standards for quality, safety, and health.

Design and Procurement Coordination:

• Oversee the review of engineering designs and specifications for compliance with contract requirements.
• Coordinate between the engineering and procurement departments to ensure smooth construction and compliance with contractual obligations.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal departments, the construction site, and subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed records of all project-related conclusions or agreements and ensure effective communication and follow-ups with all parties.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• A strong team-leader (in R&L, a PM needs to drive a Site Management team)
• Practical experience of 3+ years in EPC Project Management/Construction/Procurement or supply-chain...
• Professional engineering background, be it either electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD would be highly valued.
• Being self-driven and motivated, Excellent communication.
• Being efficient in planning and implementation, risk management skills
• English proficiency (business professional level and be able to interprete the nuanse behind words of EPC contracts)

Education

• University graduates, business, engineering and finance majors are highly valued

Salary

• 720M ~ 900M (bonus inclusive, open for negotiation taking into consideration of
  experience, skill-sets and etc)
