主業務
■ 電力事業にて企業戦略に合わせたビジネスモデル開発

・プロダクト設計及び進行に関わる業務全般
・事業企画のプラン策定と市場・競合分析
・サービス開発～運営におけるプランニング
・事業推進（サービス・プロダクト開発/オペレーション設計・実行/アライアンスなど）
・事業グロースにおけるプランニング
・自社プロダクトを活用した企画・セールス　など
・プロジェクトマネジメント、仕様書作成、パラメータ設計、データ収集／KPI指標確認
・リリース後のユーザビリティ向上のための施策実施　など                        

Main Responsibilities
■ Business model development in line with corporate strategy for the power business

• Overall duties related to product design and progress
• Planning and market/competitive analysis for business planning
• Planning for service development and operations
• Business promotion (service/product development, operation design/execution, alliances, etc.)
• Planning for business growth
• Planning and sales utilizing in-house products, etc.
• Project management, specification writing, parameter design, data collection/KPI monitoring
• Implementing measures to improve usability after release, etc.

■ 経験 
※下記いずれか2項目以上の経験、それぞれの経験を合算し3～5年以上
・メーカーの経営企画、事業企画でのマネジメント経験
・大規模プロジェクトのマネジメント経験（管理ではなく自ら実行・推進できる方）
・ベンチャー、スタートアップ企業での新規事業企画、立ち上げの経験
・事業会社やコンサルティング会社で戦略立案などのプロジェクトに関わっていたご経験
・商品企画・営業企画・マーケティング企画経験

・関連部署を横断して効果的に協業できる能力
・データに基づいた意思決定ができる分析的な思考
・組織全般に対する理解度をもとにした詳細事項をピックアップする能力
・優先順位を決め同時多発的に業務を管理する能力
・状況の変化に対して素早く対応し、プロジェクトを管理する能力

・組織、ピープルマネジメント経験
・PM /PO経験
・企画力/戦略的な思考ができる方      

■ Experience

• At least 2 of the following, with a total of 3-5 years of experience:
• Management experience in business planning or corporate planning at a manufacturer
• Experience in managing large-scale projects (can execute and promote projects, not just manage)
• Experience in new business planning and start-up at a venture or start-up company
• Experience in strategy planning projects at a business company or consulting firm
• Experience in product planning, sales planning, or marketing planning

■ Abilities

• Ability to collaborate effectively across related departments
• Analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to pick up detailed information based on an understanding of the organization as a whole
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to respond quickly to changes and manage projects
