In a rapidly growing and international SPACE TECH company, you will be responsible for HR business strategies and designing organisational systems to accommodate the company's rapid expansion.

You will work closely with CEO and senior management as well as other HR members to translate business strategies into organisational strategies and operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing company-wide organisational strategies with the CEO and department heads.
• Designing medium-term organisational structures for each department.
• Planning recruitment strategies and individual hiring plans with HR.
• Creating evaluation systems and engagement initiatives to achieve organisational strategies.
• Promoting organisational principles and integrating them into development initiatives

Qualifications

• Team management experience, ideally in manufacturing or development industries
• Experience in recruitment or HR system implementation, ideally in a startup environment
• 2+ years of experience as an HRBP or in HR
• Business-level English proficiency
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Previous experience translating business strategies into HR systems is a great advantage
