The Role

Recruitment Background and Purpose
In line with our company's mid- to long-term management policy, the core strategy of our DX (Digital Transformation) initiative focuses on "Process Innovation" as one of its three pillars. This involves building and strengthening a foundation that leverages global scale and regional characteristics to enhance productivity. It also aims to establish a base capable of supporting new business models and optimizing overall operations. Since 2022, the "Process Innovation" team has been deploying various IT and digital tools to improve productivity and contribute to our business and management.

To further enhance productivity and achieve fundamental operational reforms not only within our company but also globally, we are seeking a manager to lead and drive projects involving the development and support of various IT systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and build IT systems to achieve Process Innovation.
• Manage and lead projects involving overseas locations, including Japan.

Specific Duties

• Collaborate with related business units to consolidate business requirements (Business Analyst).
• Create plans for building IT systems based on consolidated requirements (Project Planning).
• Manage and lead projects with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).

Your Skills

MUST:

• Over 5 years of project management experience in IT system development projects.
• Proficiency in English for emails, document creation, and business conversations (TOEIC 800+).
• Proficiency in Japanese for emails, document creation, and business conversations.

Preferred:

• Practical experience in IT system development projects in the manufacturing industry.
• Practical experience in IT system development projects involving overseas locations.
• Experience collaborating in a remote environment with overseas locations.

10M - 12M JPY
