EC Project Manager

As a member of the Digital Omnichannel team, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, defining specifications, managing projects, and conducting effectiveness/KPI validation for small to large-scale projects related to EC websites and omnichannel services.
• Liaising and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as the headquarters in France, APAC branches, and internal/external business partners.
• Creating project-related documents and managing development vendors (e.g., specifications, work breakdown structure, cost estimation).
• Create mid to long-term development roadmaps and update and adjust with changes of needs and situations.
• Research new e-commerce/omnichannel services and technologies and share

• 3 years or more experience in EC site launch or renewal, IT project management (specification formulation, schedule creation, wireframe creation, progress management, verification, management of external vendors, etc.)
• Proficient in coding languages ​​such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create landing pages.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using project management tools and software (eg, JIRA, Microsoft Project).
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent task management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• High problem-solving abilities and flexible thinking.
• Values teamwork and can collaborate with project team members to ensure project success.
• Presentation level language skills (both writing and verbal) in both Japanese and English to perform tasks.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, web design, and IT technologies of ecommerce websites.
• Knowledge of tools and software related to the development of e-commerce website development.
• Strong eagerness to learn about e-commerce website knowledge and technologies and commitment to self-growth.
