Responsibilities

• Formulating overall business planning for both mid- and long-term growth
• Planning, implementation and execution of company-wide projects and initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to identify pain points and develop improvement strategies
• Planning and execution of projects in collaboration with the local and national government
• Competitor analysis and market research

• Experience as a strategy consultant at a consulting agency, or internal business planning
• Previous experience in project management
• Ability to conduct extensive market research and data analysis
• Native level Japanese skills
• Conversational level English skills or higher are an advantage
