Get to know the division you could be joining

As an Associate Consultant you would be joining one of our thriving teams and specialise in recruiting across a number of sectors. This is a busy established recruitment environment with a client base for you to engage with from day one.

Your role as an Associate Consultant

• Work with a team of successful Recruitment Consultants to place bilingual (Japanese-English) professionals into global companies
• Candidate sourcing through cold calling/headhunting, online channels (LinkedIn, job boards), job advertisements and database
• Candidate management (follow-up calls with existing contacts)
• Proactively capture relevant market information through conversation with professionals in the market
• Shadowing senior colleagues to learn about the recruitment process

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency (Business Level) in English, Japanese fluency is a must (at the moment, we are looking for business Japanese minimum)
• Excellent sales and influencing skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Driven, energetic, team player, determined, resilient, willing to learn and build relationships
• Must already be in Japan
