業務内容

• 品質管理システム（QMS）の導入・保守・改善のとりまとめ（関連規制要件および基準を順守）
• QMSプロセスのリスクの見極め、評価、軽減、またそのための関連部署とのやりとり
• QMSソフトウェアおよびプロセスの検証計画の策定、実行
• 社内でQMS方針や手順が守られるよう適切に監視・助言をすること

We are seeking multiple Quality Assurance Engineers to join a growing team!

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System by relevant regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with QMS processes.
• Develop and execute validation plans for QMS software and processes.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to QMS policies and procedures throughout the organization.

必須条件

• 優れた分析力、問題解決力
• 日本語力
• 上級ビジネスレベル以上の英語力（読み書き会話）
• QA関連経験2年以上

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Japanese and English business fluency (verbal, reading, and writing)
• Minimum 2 years plus of relevant experience.
