• 担当プロジェクトのサポート
• 社内外のステイクホルダーとのやりとり
• 社内ポリシーやルールの順守
• ユーザーニーズや既存システムの分析、将来的なシステム需要の評価
• 各種文書の作成（プロジェクト計画書、要件定義書、設計書、ワークフロー図、テスト計画書など）

Roles/Responsibilities

• Assist in advancing assigned projects while complying with internal regulations.
• Ensure seamless project advancement through efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate the evaluation of future systems by comprehending user needs and existing systems.
• Aid in producing and assessing a variety of documents, including project plans, requirement definitions, various designs, workflow diagrams, and test plans.

必須条件

• ITビジネスアナリスト経験3年以上（特に金融・財務関連）
• ITベンダーとの協働経験
• 資産運用会社、アセットマネジメント会社、証券・銀行など金融業界経験の知識（2年目安）
• システム開発やシステム導入プロジェクトにおいてリーダーシップを発揮した経験
• ビジネス要件の収集やとりまとめができること
• システム開発の基本知識
• 金融商品や会計基準の知識

Required skills

• Extensive experience in IT business spanning over 3 years, with a focus on finance and collaboration with IT vendors.
• Specialized knowledge with 2 years in finance, including asset management and financial institutions.
• Proven leadership in managing system development and implementation projects.
• Proficient in organizing business requests, summarizing requirements, and possessing foundational expertise in system development, computer vocational skills, and understanding financial products and accounting principles.
