Roles/Responsibilities

• Service maintenance and operational tasks
• Handling inquiries from other departments
• Investigating and resolving incidents, service quality improvement
• Proposing and implementing service operational improvements
• Development of tools and services for operational efficiency

必須条件

• Java及びSpring FrameworkでのWebアプリケーションの開発 or 運用経験3年以上
• インシデントの調査・解決経験
• Linux/Unix、SQLの基本的な知識（データの抽出、修正など）
• コードレビュー経験1年以上
• 3〜4名チームでの開発経験2年以上
• 流暢な日本語力

優遇条件

• ウェブサービス（特に決済システム）の開発経験
• コンシューマー向けシステムの保守・運用経験
• 決済プロセスの専門知識
• アトラシアン・コラボレーションツール（JIRA、Confluence）がわかれば尚可
• トラブルシューティング、分析、問題解決経験

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in developing or operating web applications using Java and Spring Framework
• Experience in incident investigation and resolution
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and SQL for data extraction and modification
• Over 1 year of code review experience
• 2+ years of team development experience with 3-4 members

Preferred skills

• Experience in web service development, especially in payment systems
• Maintenance and operation of consumer-facing systems
• Domain knowledge in payment processes
• Proficiency in Atlassian collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience in troubleshooting, analysis, and issue resolution

Personal Attributes

• Fluent Japanese is necessary for this role.
