業務内容

• 会社の経営/ビジネス目標や品質基準に合わせて様々なウェブ・プロジェクトを企画・実行すること
• ウェブ開発者、デザイナー、コンテンツ制作者のチームのマネジメント
• プロジェクトのタスクの割り当て、スケジュール管理
• ステークホルダーとのやりとり・要件収集、進捗の共有、フィードバックの確認
• ウェブ技術やトレンドの最新情報の把握、継続的改善のための提案
• ウェブサイトのパフォーマンス監視、ユーザーデータ分析
• ユーザーエクスペリエンスを向上させ、ビジネス目標を達成するための戦略の実行

Web Director role for a leading advertising marketing agency in Tokyo.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and development of all web projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet quality standards.
• Manage a team of web developers, designers, and content creators, assigning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with web technologies and trends, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
• Monitor website performance, analyze user data, and implement strategies to improve user experience and achieve business objectives.

必須条件

• ウェブ開発経験２〜3年程度
• デジタルやウェブ関連のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 分析力
