業務内容

• 担当クライアント：金融業界・自動車業界
• クライアントのためにユーザー中心のエクスペリエンスをデザインすること
• ワイヤーフレーム、モックアップ、プロトタイプの作成
• ビジュアルデザインシステムの管理、デザインの最適化
• ペルソナ、ジャーニー、戦略的フレームワークの開発
• 監査、ベンチマーク調査、リサーチの実施
• 他部署とのコラボレーション
• 常に最新のUX/トレンドの把握に努めること

Seeking a highly skilled UX/UI designer with a strong passion for creative excellence in Tokyo.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for financial services and automotive clients.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Manage visual design systems and optimize designs.
• Develop personas, journeys, and strategic frameworks.
• Conduct audits, benchmark studies, and research.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with UX and CX trends.

必須条件

• UXデザイン経験5年以上
• Figma、Sketchなどのデザインツールに精通していること
• HTML、CSS、基本的なJavascriptの知識
• 日本語ビジネスレベル以上

優遇条件

• 金融関連経験があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケ―ション能力、プレゼン能力
• ストレス耐性

Required skills

• 5+ years of UX Design experience
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic Javascript
