業務内容

• タレントマネジメントおよび能力開発プログラムの設計、実施、評価
• HRパートナーやビジネスリーダーとの打ち合わせ、各部署の人材ニーズの特定・対応策の立案
• パフォーマンスマネジメント・プロセスや後継育成計画、従業員育成プログラムの管理
• 各種L&Dイニシアチブの導入
• 継続的な学習、今いる人材を上手に生かす会社文化の育成
• D&Iイニシアチブの推進・改善

Talent Management and Development Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management and development programs.
• Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify key talent needs and develop strategies to address them.
• Manage performance management processes, succession planning, and employee development programs.
• Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies across the organization.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and talent retention.
• Drive and improve Diversity and Inclusive initiatives

必須条件

• 人事、経営学など関連分野の学位
• タレントマネジメント、組織開発、または関連人事業務の実績
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力
• グローバルなマトリックス組織で他部署と協働できる方

Required skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related HR role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.
