業務内容

• 人事戦略：会社の目標に合った人事戦略の立案・実行；ハイパフォーマンス文化の醸成
• タレントマネジメント：採用、オンボーディング、人材・能力開発プログラムの統括
• ER：従業員のフィードバック・苦情への対処、公正な労働慣行の確保、ポジティブな職場作り
• コンプライアンス/人事方針：国内外の規制やグローバルスタンダードを満たす人事ポリシーの策定・改善、コンプライアンスや倫理を大切にする組織作り
• 海外との協業：ベストプラクティスの共有や人事へのアプローチに関する議論をなど、海外のHR部門と協業すること

Roles/Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and promote a high-performance culture.
• Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programs to attract and retain top talents.
• Employee Relations: Create a positive workplace environment by handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensuring fair employment practices.
• Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local regulations and global standards, fostering a compliant and ethical workplace.
• Global Collaboration: Collaborate with HR counterparts globally to share best practices, ensuring consistency in HR approaches across the organization.

必須条件

• 人事マネージャー、部長などのHRリーダーシップ経験
• 日本の労働や雇用に関する法律・規制の専門知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人スキル
• 人事のベストプラクティスを取り入れ、変革を推進した実績
