業務内容

• ペイメントサービス・ソリューション関連のコンサルティング・プロジェクトのリード
• プロジェクトの主要ビジネス課題の特定、戦略の策定、導入の優先順位付け
• プロジェクトの監督（進捗管理、戦略立案、サービス提案書作成など）
• 顧客/市場データの分析、パフォーマンス・ギャップやオポチュニティの発見
• クライアントのためのカスタムソリューションの開発；データスペシャリストや海外のエキスパートとの協業
• 定期的に分析手法を更新・改良し、一流サービスを提供し続けて業界を牽引すること

An established firm in the financial technology sector is looking for a Strategy Consulting Lead to drive its fintech consulting business

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive consulting projects in payment service solutions, identifying key business challenges, developing strategies, and prioritizing implementations.
• Oversee project management including progress tracking, strategic planning, and preparing service proposals.
• Perform detailed analysis of client and market data to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with data specialists and international experts to develop custom solutions for diverse clients.
• Regularly update and refine analytical methods to ensure service excellence and contribute to industry standards.

必須条件

• デジタル決済に関わった経験（モバイル、ソフトウェア、テック・コンサルティングなど）
• 複数の領域にまたがる複雑なプロジェクトを主導した実績
• 高度な分析力と問題解決力
• コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力（日＆英）
• 変化するスコープに対応しながら複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理し、効果的なビジネス戦略を構築できること

優遇条件

• コンサルティング、テクニカル・プロジェクトマネジメント、カスタマーエクスペリエンス・デザインの経験があれば尚可

Required skills

• Extensive experience in digital payment sectors, including mobile, software, and technology consulting.
• Proven ability in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects, coupled with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing scopes, and building effective business strategies.
• Experience in consulting, technical project management, or designing customer experience is beneficial.
