業務内容

• クライアント・プロファイルとトレードファイナンスのマネジメント
• RMのサポート
• トランザクションモニタリング（プロダクト、オペレーション、CRM、法務、コンプライアンスなどと連携）
• 自社リスク、規制対応リスクの管理、コントロールガイドラインの順守
• 財務、コンプライアンス、規制当局などへのレギュラトリーレポートの作成・提出（適宜）
• リレーションシップ＆トランザクション・マネジメント（RTM）が実施する貿易金融・融資系プロジェクトやイニシアチブへの参画

Global Leading Bank in Tokyo looking to hire an Associate for Trade/Supply Chain & Structured Finance Business.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage/update client profile and trade fiannce , handle relationships in cooperation with RM;
• Transaction Monitoring, ensuring transactions are a good fit for the client discussion with Business Partners on trade finance related matter (Product, Operations, CRM, Legal, Compliance etc)
• Comply with Internal & Regulatory Risk and Control Guidelines
• Prepare and submit relevant regulatory reports if any to Finance, Compliance and Regulators
• Participate in the projects and initiatives relating to Trade Finance & Lending implemented by Relationship & Transactions Management (RTM)

必須条件

• トレードファイナンス、またはリレーションシップマネジメント（RM）の経験3年以上
• コーポレートバンクの事業、ワークフロー、仕事内容に関する知識

優遇条件

• 輸出入、ストラクチャード・トレードファイナンス、サプライチェーン・トレードなどの知識
• 関連ドキュメンテーションの知識
• 英語が得意な方歓迎

パーソナリティ

• チームプレイヤー
• コミュニケーション（プレゼン含む）が上手な方

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience in Trade Finance or Relationship Management
• Understanding of corporate banking business workflow / workload

Preferred skills

• Knowledge of Trade / Structured Trade including Supply Chain Trade
• Familiar with relevant documentation
• Full English proficiency
