業務内容・責任：
マテリアルプランナーマネージャーの主な役割はマネジメントの他以下の通りです（他工場からの製品と組み立て を含む）

• 部品調達の分担・平準化により、調達プログラムを確立する。
• 調達プログラムの実現に向けて、アラートシステムを管理し、フォローアップする。
• 部品の荷卸し、荷受け、輸送のフォローを行う。
• サプライヤーの納品実績のフォロー（サプライヤーの納品漏れの回避）、物流パートナーのサービスをフ ォローし、改善のためのアクションプランの提案
• 工場の月次および半期輸送計画を達成する。
• 倉庫での包装資材の管理。
• 購買と梱包のサプライヤー及び物流パートナーのサービス内容が我々が目指す調達と納品とマッチしてい のための条件にマッチしているかを確認する。
• 調達・梱包に関するサプライヤーの条件と、物流に関するパートナーの条件です。
• 運輸・サービス
• 販売・生産計画（PIC）を満たすサポートをサプライヤーが行えるかを確認し、必要に応じて是正措置を行う。

Essential responsibilities and duties
The role of the Material Planner Manager is to ensure that production line deliveries meet minimum inventory targets and logistics costs.

The main missions of the role are: (incl. Management and the products and Assy from other plant)

• Establish a procurement program by dividing and levelling parts procurement.
• Follow up on the realization of the procurement program by managing the alert system and following up on the unloading, receiving, and transportation of parts.
• Follow up on supplier delivery performance (avoid supplier missing delivery) and logistics partner services and propose appropriate improvement specific action plans.
• Achieve monthly and semi-annual transportation plans for plant.
• Management of packaging materials in Warehouse.
• Ensure that the logistics terms and conditions are following the purchasing targets and support conditions of the supplier for procurement and packaging and of the logistics partner for t transportation and services.
• Ensure that the capacity requirements of the Sales and Production Plan (PIC) are supported by the supplier and implement corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Education Level Bachelor and above
• Fluent level of English (written and spoken)

• Production experience in an industrial environment
• Purchasing and procurement experience
• Experience coordinating delivery dates with suppliers
• Experience management

Skills and competencies:

• Recognized leadership and coaching skills (motivating others)
• Relevant record of achieved results (crisis management and profitable growth management)
• Strategic Agility
• Must be knowledgeable in Finance: capable of building, managing, and delivering a P&L budget
• SAP knowledge appreciated, especially MM (Materials Management) module
