業務内容

• ビジネスニーズとテクノロジーソリューションの橋渡しを担うポジションです
• クライアントとの打ち合わせ（ビジネスプロセスの理解、改善機会の特定、要件の見極め、効果的なITソリューションの提案）
• プロジェクトのスコープ、目的、成果物の定義、またそのための利害関係者との調整
• ビジネスチーム＝テックチーム間のコミュニケーションの促進、要件の共通理解の確立
• プロジェクト計画、スケジュール、リソース配分の策定支援

Business Analyst for Cross Industry Consulting Team

Roles/Responsibilities

• Play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of requirements.
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

必須条件

• ITコンサルティング会社、SIer、または事業会社のビジネスアナリスト/PMO部門における実務経験
• テンポの速いダイナミックな職場環境についてこられること
• 要件収集と文書化のスキル
• ITシステム、ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル、ベストプラクティスに関する知識

Required skills

• Experience in IT Consulting, system integration firms, or a business analyst/pmo functions in a commercial company
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of IT systems, software development life cycle, and best practices
