【募集概要】【Job Posting】
いわゆる警備業としての施設警備とは一線を画す、corporate security業務であり、データーセンターのサーバールームへの（からの）持ち込み（持ち出し）禁止品を持ち込ませない（持ち出させない）physical securityを担うお仕事です。 データセンター内の入出管理も行っております。
Our role stands apart from conventional facility security services and involves corporate security operations. This entails ensuring physical secuirty to prevent the introduction (or removal) of prohibited items into (or from) server rooms within datacenters. Addioinally, we handle access control to regulate entries and exits. Additionally, we handle access control to regulate entries and exits.

CRS (Control Room Supervisor)としてResponder等の部下を指揮しながら、Control Room内の入出管理や危機管理の日々のオペレーションを統括して頂きます。                                                                       

As a Control Room Supervisor (CRS), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of access control and crisis management within the Control Room, while commanding subordinates such as Responders.

【勤務時間】【Pro and Con Shift Work】
日勤＝ 8:00-20:00、夜勤＝ 20:00-8:00　※ 12時間拘束（実働10時間）
3勤3休制（日勤x3連勤→3連休を2サイクル、夜勤x3連勤→3連休を2サイクルの繰り返し）

Three working days followed by three days off (Three consecutive day shifts followed by a 3-day break, repeated for two cycles, and three consecutive night shifts followed by a 3-day break, repeated for two cycles.)

【任せる仕事】 【Job duties assigned to you】
Responderを指揮監督しながら出入管理と危機管理業務を統括して頂きます。
問題発生時にはAPAC(アジア太平洋地区) Regional Managerに英語で報告を上げ、英語での指示を受け、対応して頂きます。 また保安機器のトラブルシューティングや施設への入館許可申請等も、海外のsecurity teamと電話やメール、チャット、Teams会議等でコミュニケーションを取りながら進めて頂きます。

You will oversee access control and crisis management operations while supervising and directing Responders. In the event of issues, you will report in English to the APAC (Asia-Pacific) Regional Manager, receive instructions in English, and coordinate responses. Additionally, troubleshooting security equipment, entry permit applications for facilities, and communication with overseas security teams will be conducted through phone calls, emails, chats, Teams meetings, etc.

Attaining the positions of SSM (Site Security Manager), STM (Security Team Manager), or CSM (Campus Security Manager) has a proven track record of an annual income of 9 million JPY or more at present. Aspiring to higher positions can open up future career paths."

● マニュアルも、問題発生時の報告も、解決策の協議も、Regional Managerからの指示を仰ぐのも、基本的にすべて英語が原文ですので、高い英語能力があれば短期間での技能習得も可能です。 未経験者でも英語に自信のある方は、ぜひチャレンジしてみてください。

● Since manuals, incident reports, discussions of solutions, and even instructions from the Regional Manager are primarily in English, having strong English proficiency allows beginners to expect rapid skill acquisition in a short period.
