Lead PLM Engineer - Digital Innovation

Their Software stands at the forefront, providing cutting-edge solutions for designing, simulating, and manufacturing products across diverse industries. From Formula 1 cars to skyscrapers, their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software plays a crucial role in bringing these visions to life.

Position: Technical Manager (Lead Engineer)

As a Technical Manager, you will design optimal system solutions for each project, ensuring adherence to requirements and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Finalizing architecture design during development
• Providing solutions using our framework
• Customer engagement during product introduction and implementation
• Serving as the technical leader of the project and supporting project management tasks

Requirements:

Knowledge/Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience proposing and implementing solutions for manufacturing industry software (Teamcenter, Tecnomatix, Polarion, Mendix, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of software development principles, programming, infrastructure, and databases

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills

Additional Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience implementing our products or equivalent solutions
• Project management or leadership experience
• Business experience in related industries or roles (leading SIs, software vendors, foreign-affiliated consultants, etc.)
• Previous employment with our partner company
