プロジェクト マネージャー / Project Manager

主な業務内容 / Key responsibilities:

1. ビジネス / プロジェクトの遂行
Business / Project execution:
a. 各チームを通じてプロジェクトを成功させる(コスト、品質、時間、納期、方法論に重点を置く)主な担当業務は下記の通り:
launches the project successfully through functionally integrated teams (focus on Cost, Quality, Time,Delivery and Methodology). Core responsibilities:

• プロジェクト全体の計画 / Overall Project Plan,
• プロジェクトレビュー / Project Reviews,
• リスクマネジメント計画 / Risk Management Plan,
• ビジネスケース / Business case,
• プロジェクト人員の配置 / Project staffing,
• コンプライアンス達成のためのプロジェクト遂行 / Project adherence to achieve compliance.

2. 製品品質
Product quality:
a. First Time Quality (FTQ)目標を達成し、Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC)目標を達成する
Meets First Time Quality [FTQ] goals and meet Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC) goals

3. 予算管理
Cost and budget:
a. 投資支出および財務統計を達成する / meets the investment spending and financial statistics
b. 資本支出と見通しを作成する / prepares capital spending and forecast
c. CAPEX の計画と支出および拠出金の追跡 - 承認の提出とフォローアップ / CAPEX planning and tracking of spend and contribution –submits and follows the approvals
d. 継続的改善 / Continuous Improvement

4. 顧客・サプライヤー対応
Customer / supplier relationships:

a. プロジェクト管理活動における顧客への対応 / Interfaces to customers for Project Management activities
b. 顧客管理とステークホルダー間のコミュニケーションの調整 / customer management and communication alignment between different stakeholders

5. 新規ビジネス
New business:
a. 見積もり活動について、スタートセンターのリーダーと連携する / cooperates with Start Center leaders on quote activities

6. ピープルマネジメント
People Management:
a. リーダーとして影響力を発揮し、プロジェクト・チームを「ワン・チーム」として育成する / leads by influence and develops ‘the one team’ project team
b. グループマネージャーと連携し、適切な人員配置を行う / ensures proper staffing in alignment with the Groups Managers
c. 関連するテクニカルエキスパート(エンジニアリングプロジェクトリーダー、品質、営業、SCM、製造など)と密接に協力し、製品開発の期待される進捗を推進する / closely cooperates with the relevant technical experts (Engineering Project Leader, Quality, Sales, SCM, Manufacturing etc.) and drives on the expected progress of the product development

7. コンプライアンス
Compliance:
a. 要件のコンプライアンスを保証する / ensures compliance with requirements
b. 必要な文書およびレポートの維持 / maintains required documentation and reporting
c. 監査への参加 / participates in audits

•  国際的な企業において、プロジェクトおよび/またはチームマネジメントに関連する職務に携わった実務経験
  Solid professional experience in an international company on project and / or team management related role
• 製品開発プロジェクトの成功実績やプロセスの知識
  Proven records of successful product development projects’ delivery; process knowledge
• プロジェクトの見積もり、計画、追跡、管理、財務に関する知識
  Knowledge of estimating, planning, tracking, control of projects and project’s finance
• プロジェクト管理に関連するツール、方法論、プロセスに関する知識
  Knowledge of project management relevant tools, methodology, processes
• 顧客を重視する志向

• 問題解決への方法論的アプローチ

• 経済学、経営学、工学の学士号または修士号、または同様の職務に関連する専門的経験
  Bachelor or Master degree in economical, management or engineering filed or relevant professional experience on similar role
• プロジェクト管理に関する資格(PMI, Prince2, Agile など)
  Project Management Certifications (e.g. PMI, Prince2, Agile)
