O365 Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an O365 Project Manager for an internal IT role as a user company.

The Role:

• Act as Project Manager within O365 migration project for Japan.
• Communicate proactively with app owners in IT & Business division to create the application list in scope, mainly focusing on apps used by business users.
• Track the status, report regularly, and escalate the outstanding issue or risk when observed.
• Liaise, collaborate and communicate with other O365 project members and stakeholders in order to manage and drive effective project execution based on defined project plans
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks and issues
• Draft weekly status reports for stakeholders and senior management in accordance with client specified standards and procedures
• Create Project communication documents for technology and business users

仕事内容:

• 日本のO365移行プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャー
• IT＆ビジネス部門のアプリ所有者と積極的にコミュニケーションを取り、主にビジネスユーザーが使用するアプリに焦点を当て、範囲内のアプリケーションリストを作成する
• ステータスの追跡、報告、未解決の問題・リスクのエスカレーション
• 定義されたプロジェクト計画に基づいて効果的なプロジェクトの実行を管理および推進するため、他のO365プロジェクトメンバーおよび利害関係者との協力・コミュニケーション
• プロジェクトの範囲、スケジュール、予算、コミュニケーション、リスク、および問題を管理します
• クライアントが指定した基準に従い、利害関係者と上級管理職向けの週次ステータスレポートのドラフト
• テクノロジーおよびビジネスユーザー向けのプロジェクトコミュニケーションドキュメントを作成します

• Substantial experience in Infrastructure Project Management
• Deep understanding of Microsoft services (O365, Skype, Lync, Exchange, AD, Office, IIE/Edge)
• Experience in managing migration projects particularly with O365
• Japanese Language Skills: Fluent
• English Language Skills: Business
