Responsibilities

Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

• Responsible for Leading and Conducting workshops to understand the requirements of the Client and Develop the To-Be process, mitigate the gaps and support in the design and developments of the RICEF objects.
• Strong Domain Knowledge in the areas of EWM like Warehouse Functions, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Physical Inventory, Replenishment, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, Shipping, Inbound/Outbound operations, Cartonization, Put Away, Slotting, Quality Assurance, Labor Management, etc.
• Convert documented requirements and proposed solutions into solid systems designs to be developed. Analyze the design to understand areas of impact and develop test plans accordingly.
• Configure SAP system to meet design needs.
• Work with ABAP developers to understand the designs and validate that the software solution will satisfy the business needs.
• Develop Test strategies and execute application test plans.
• Troubleshoot reported systems issues, using data analysis and debugging tools as necessary.
• Provide support to Business Users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in Logistics Execution and minimum 2 full lifecycle S4 HANA Project Implementations.
• Materials Management and Warehouse Management Experience is Mandatory.
• Fluent in Japanese language (speaking, reading & writing) being able to communicate well with Japanese customer (N1 or N2 certified)
• Good Experience in areas like Master Data, Inbound / Outbound with shipment, Storage Control, Wave Management, Labour Management, Internal Processes, Production Integration, RF Functionality etc.
• Good Knowledge and Understanding of SAP Logistics Execution System Architecture.
• Familiar with Supply Chain Business Models, SAP EWM and FIORI Technologies.
• Exposure to Integration between SAP and Legacy Systems.
• Certification in EWM 9.5.
• Excellent Organizational, Planning and Communication Skills.
• Must have experience of working on pursuit activities including project planning for atleast 3 deals / Projects.
